Return Instructions:

Step 1
Contact us via phone: 1-800-248-4844 or email: production@infocase.com.

Step 2
Mark the RMA# on the outside of the box and include your name, phone number and the desired return shipping address inside the box with the defective case.

Step 3
Ship the case prepaid to: InfoCase Customer Service 4043 S. Madison Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45212.

Step 4
Allow three weeks from date of receipt for repairs. The repaired or replaced case will be shipped back to you prepaid via UPS ground delivery.
