Step 1- Call 1-800-248-4844 or 513-396-6744 or email production@infocase.com to request an RMA, ask any questions, or to check status. We will reply promptly if unavailable.

Step 2- Mark the RMA# on the outside of the box and include your name, phone number and the desired return shipping address inside the box with the defective case.
|
Step 3- Ship the case prepaid to:

Step 4- Allow 3 (three) weeks from date of receipt for repairs. The repaired or replaced case will be shipped back to you prepaid via UPS ground delivery.
