Step 2
Mark the RMA# on the outside of the box and include your name, phone number and the desired return shipping address inside the box with the defective case.

Step 3

Ship the case prepaid to:

Step 4

Allow three weeks from date of receipt for repairs. The repaired or replaced case will be shipped back to you prepaid via UPS ground delivery.
