Lost or Damaged ItemsThis Shipping Policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through the InfoCase.com. Orders placed through our authorized partners or resellers are governed by their respective policies and are not covered by the terms outlined below.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer Standard Shipping at checkout for all online orders. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate special shipping requests. Please note that expedited shipping may incur additional charges beyond the standard flat-rate pricing.

    Shipping Rates

    Our shipping rates are as follows:

    • Orders under $60: Flat-rate shipping of $7.95
    • Orders $60 or more: Free Standard Shipping

    These rates apply only to orders within the continental United States.

    Shipping Restrictions

    At this time, InfoCase does not offer international shipping. We only ship to the continental 48 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

    Order Fulfillment

    Orders are generally fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Please note that credit cards will not be charged until ship. Orders may appear as a pending charge until ship.

      Delivery Timeframes

      Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–7 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

      Generally, you can expect 3-5 days for standard shipping depending on your delivery address and state. For exact shipping details, please refer to your tracking email after your order ships.
